"KG GAS Services is a solid company. Right from start they are easy to deal with. Quick mobile phone response and estimation appointment was arranged for boiler change. All requirements were established on the same day, and a very reasonable price was given. I was really positively surprised by the quick response time. Shortly after a new boiler was installed. They organised a roofer and old boiler/rubbish pick up. Roofer has done great job with new exhaust/air supply pipe installation and fixed issues with a roof tiles in the same time. The company and their contractors are top-notch professionals. The job is complete, and all is working without issues. Our landlord then organised for KG Gas Services to attend on the Saturday, the guys rang me directly and asked if it would be possible to come out the same day to get a head start, as it would be a big job. "I had been having problems with my condensate pump, which had been directed through my attic as the boiler is situated upstairs. The problem was that in freezing weather, the water froze and couldn't escape, so the motor continued to run. I had been told that redirecting the piping would be very messy and expensive. KG Gas came and redirected the gas through my en-suite. When they finished, you would hardly have known they had been! Very quick, efficient and tidy work all at a very reasonable price. I am delighted and would highly recommend KG Gas to anyone."
